Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, including consent for purchases.

Your Account

You are responsible for accurate account details, the confidentiality of your credentials, and activity under your account. Notify support@gujoanimes.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

The Service

GujoAnimes provides creative AI tools including image generation, Photo to Anime, Text to Speech, Background Remover, Image Upscaler, Hair Color Changer, Drawing Enhancer, and AI Virtual Influencer tools. Features, models, credit costs, limits, and availability may change.

Credits, Prices & Payment

• New accounts may receive promotional free credits.
• Additional credits can be purchased at the prices displayed on our Pricing page. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.
• Checkout and card payments are provided by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and may handle payment processing, invoices, applicable sales taxes or VAT, fraud checks, and refunds.
• Available checkout methods may include supported debit and credit cards and other methods displayed by Lemon Squeezy for your device and country.
• GujoAi does not store your complete card number or CVV.
• Purchased credits do not expire unless an expiry is clearly disclosed before purchase.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be resold.

Refunds

You may request a refund for unused purchased credits within 7 days of purchase by contacting support and providing the relevant order details. Used credits, partially used credit packages, promotional credits, and free credits are non-refundable, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Because Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record, approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method.

Acceptable Use

You must not create, upload, request, or distribute content that:

• Sexualizes, exploits, or appears to involve a minor.
• Uses a real person without consent for intimate, sexualized, defamatory, harassing, deceptive, or impersonating content.
• Violates intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
• Is illegal, hateful, exploitative, or promotes violence, self-harm, or discrimination.
• Is intended to deceive others, including misleading deepfakes presented as authentic.
• Contains malware or attempts to scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, or bypass security, credit, rate, or payment controls.

We may block a request, remove content, suspend or terminate access, preserve evidence, or report apparently unlawful activity where appropriate.

Ownership & Content License

Your uploads: You retain your rights and confirm that you have every permission required to upload and process the content.

License needed to provide the Service: You grant GujoAi and its processing providers a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, modify, and process your content solely as needed to provide, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.

Generated outputs: Subject to these Terms, third-party model terms, and applicable law, you may use outputs for personal or commercial purposes. AI outputs may not qualify for copyright protection in every country, may resemble other outputs, and are not guaranteed to be unique.

Our platform: GujoAnimes names, branding, software, interfaces, and platform materials remain the property of GujoAnimes or its licensors.

Third-Party Services

The Service depends on third parties including Replicate, Supabase, Lemon Squeezy, hosting providers, and individual AI model providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. We do not guarantee that any third-party service or model will remain available.

AI Output Disclaimer

AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, offensive, incomplete, or similar to content generated for other users. Review every output before relying on, publishing, or commercially using it. The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features and may adjust credit costs for future uses.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GujoAnimes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from the Service. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using the Service or request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, chargebacks, security threats, legal requirements, or risk to other users or the Service. Terms that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms. We will update the date above and provide additional notice for material changes where appropriate. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
